Jackpot machines where the payout exceeds £25 - the cost of play is no more than 5p

Category C - £695pa.
Medium prize gaming machines where the payout exceeds £8 but not exceeding £25 and the cost to play is more than 5p.

Category D - £1375pa.
Jackpot machines where the payout exceeds £25 - the cost of play is more than 5p but not more than 10p.

Category E - £1815pa.
Jackpot machines where the payout exceeds £25 - the cost of play is more than 10p.
