potential customers receive a no obligation, professional site
survey. This enables account managers to gain an understanding
of your business, its trading patterns and the recent performance
of machines on site. On the basis of this, and their knowledge
of the market, the account manager will recommend a mix of product
tailored to the business environment
Collection
Service
We
are able to provide you with a bespoke collection service from
a fully reconciled collection using industry standard pre-printed
collection dockets to a simple invoiced rental collection service.
Field
Engineering Service
Our
team of engineers are on call 7 days a week. On average all
breakdowns are repaired within 2 hours. Put this together with
our Fix First Time policy and our customers "down time"
is minimised thereby maximising the playing time. There is a
constant supervision of all service calls which are all recorded
on our computerised service system. Fault rates and down time
are continually monitored.
We
have a 24 hour telephone coverage with calls being placed out
of office hours being paged immediately to our field staff via
our telephone answering system.
Security
All
machines are fitted with anti fraud coin mechanisms. Where we
carry out a full collection service all the locks are from our
own master suite and following every collection a cash to meter
reconciliation is carried out.
All
our staff carry an identification card including their photograph
confirming their employment with our Company
